Tutor Table System Installation

1. All Tutor Tables are pre-assembled at the factory and are shipped folded to the user site. After un-cartoning, tables can be carried by a single person to their approximate floor location. Table tops are hinged up and legs pivoted out to lock in the open position.

2. Top bridges and/or wide bridges are then un-cartoned and brought to their approximate floor location.

3. The universal connectors are used to make each table-to-table and table-to-bridge connection ... locate the appropriate number of connectors at each table/bridge connection point.

4. The above three system elements will permit basic assembly of table configurations ... without the need for tools. Tables and bridges snap together using the universal connector.

5. Attach any beam and/or gallery wire manager to the basic table configuration.

6. Install any mobile storage cabinet under wide bridges.

7. Position any computing or audio-visual equipment on table tops and in mobile storage cabinets.

8. Lay in any wires/cables to wire managers and rear of mobile storage cabinet.

1. Install standard and/or econo tracks at room perimeter using appropriate mounting hardware that is included in the package. Tracks should be mounted approximately 6-1/2 to 7 feet above floor level ... normally flush with door/window frame height. Connectors are supplied to allow for several track lengths to be lined up easily. End covers and corner sections for quick and accurate fixing of 90 degree inner corners may be specified.

2. Affix end covers to exposed ends of tracks, as needed.

3. Most track components are pre-assembled at the factory. After un-cartoning at the user site, they can simply be hung at any point on tracks, as specified. Some assembly is required.

4. Assemble bracket units to any additional components (white boards, tack boards, etc.) intended to be hung on tracks.

Depending on room configuration at any given time, it may be necessary to store some or all Tutor Table and Track System elements on-site. Folded tables, bridges and track components not in use can be moved and stored on the Tutor Transporter.
