Variation and movement. That's the starting point when SIS advises its clients on ergonomics. If you can adjust the table, chair, and screen in line with the need to change your posture, job satisfaction can be felt through the entire body.

SIS customer research shows that ergonomics is rated just as importantly as design and price when new office furniture is chosen. We are not identical. Nor do we always sit in the same place. That's why flexibility is a necessity. If it sounds like a costly option, then think about how much your company already pays for bad backs, stiff necks and mouse arms (RSI) - in other words the cost of lost production due to sickness and poor efficiency.
